My body can't observe vit12..
I've vit B12 diffecency. Digonose it before 8 months ..it was around 140 .I started naturemade tablet form last 2 month .now I stopped taking tablet ..and from the next day I have started pain in foots .. & in fingers of hand and foots ..I thought my can't observe vit12 ..I want to know what should I do? To relief form pain without injection..
