My baby suffered animea
Hi my baby age is 2.6yrs and he suffered animea last 6months.He's haemoglobin is 9.5 and he weight is 10kg still last 1year.My baby born time weight is 4kg. Pls suggest me what's best iron tonic for my baby health.

Give any iron drop Ur baby  needs  4mg /kg  elemental iron Give  some  appetizer(tonic) also Some protein powder  And  give  all  fruit  juices
