My baby refusing to drink milk

Till today early morning I used to breast feed my 43 days old baby girl and she drink fine. But right from morning she is refusing to drink breast milk. When she cries and if we hold her in hand she is fine. But when about to drink milk she refuses to take, instead she sucks her thumbs and tries to suck shoulder/hands people lifting her. Why all of a sudden my baby is not drinking breast milk. Note: She is taking drops and nasal drops for cold suggested by paediatrician for last one week.

Hello ! Chek for nose blok. Put nasoclear nasal drops 2 drops in each nostril .

May be due to cold
No all days are same for infant atleast for first 3 months
Once in a week, baby can be cranky or sleepy
Danger signs:
Inconsolable crying
Lethargic
Passing urine less than 6 times in a day
