Hi, as described you are nursing an 8 day old baby for 3 to 4 hours & yet she feel is not getting her full. This may be because either the milk secretion is deficient and the baby is crying all the time or the baby is just suckling and not taking milk because she can just hear the mother's heart beats and she feels secure and the baby is content and doesn't cry.
Next Steps
Try taking a cup of hot water to drink like tea 3 to 4 times a day with a spoon of green saunf which is a home remedy to increase milk secretion and avoid curd and buttermilk.
Health Tips
If the situation does not improve in 3 days, consult a qualified homeopath in your area or call me on personal no. for treatment.
