Medical certificate for leave at office.
I will be needing a leave of 3 weeks in the month of November as I have to prepare for an exam. I can't tell the genuine reason to my employer so I need a medical certificate that could allow me to take a leave for a period of 3 weeks.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. I hope you know that it's a criminal offense to issue and even ask for false medical certificates. If you want time off, ask for it. If you don't get, deal with it. Don't ask us to issue fake certificates. Go to your office and talk to your boss. This isn't a place. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain. Bangalore.
