This is diaper dermatitis. Apply siloderm cream three times a day for 5 days. Also stop wearing diaper for a week and keep the area dry immediately after child passes stools or urine.

Greetings looks like diaper Candiasis use candid ointment for local application two times a day mix with Ezinapi cream local application two times a day
