Neuro and spinal tuberculosis requires tb medication to be taken for 18 months.tb infection doesn't mean the person has to have cough and expectoration.tb can affect any organ.only when it affects lungs ,cough is present.be in the follow up of a neurosurgeon.baby may require periodic MRI scans and physiotherapy.
