My age is 27 but my behaviour s immature
Hello sir ,My age is 27 but my mind is very less matured . it is of less age .iam very innocent by nature .i trust people easily and get deceived .People call me as hero because i always obey them .I speak innocently.I have less confidence inside me.please help me for my mental disbalance behaviour .

From all ur above symptoms i can say that u have low selfesteem,anxity,depression .U can fight with all this problems on ur own to enhance ur self confidence level,change ur behaviour,change ur view point to the facts of life.
If u cant do it alone then u can take external help by consulting psychologist online or offline.With the help of few counseling sessions and behaviour therapy u gain ur confidence amd get ur life back to the right track.
