My 8 yrs child has mesentric lymph nodes

Asked for Male, 36 Years

My 8 yrs child is very weak, he has problem of stomach pain after lunch & dinner + after milking. He cant eat more than one chapati at a time. There is nothing that he could eat properly not even his favourite food. We consulted paediatrician & he suggested blood test, urine tests, ultrasound. Report of ultrasound shows mesentric lymph nodes. Doctor prescribed metrogyl, offloxin & bacillus clausii spores oral suspension. Now childs stomach pain is relieved Now we are confused who should we consultant, wheter paediatrician or gastrointestinal. Please suggest
