My 7 year child getting fever around 99
My 7 year child getting fever on & off in range between 99-99.6 since 3 days. Fever goes off whenever he sleeps.
His O2 saturation is 95-96.
No additional symptoms.
When temp is more than 99.4 we give Paracetamol 325mg.
Anything more we could give him?

Nothing extra needs to be done, sounds like a viral infection just a matter of day or two, fever will be alright. I would suggest give paracetamol when temperature is more than 100.
