Don't give it Ur baby is 4months old now Burp ur baby  for  atleast 10 min  after each and  every feed Excessive cry may be  due to gas in abdomen U can give  Colic aid drops 0.5  ml  if exessive cry Try  mother  feed  only  if  inadequate  then only  give  top feed Watch for  urine  output
