My 4 month baby ear one part is red

My 4 month one week baby ear one part is red today. I have attached picture. Doesn't cry when touch. Hes like usual cranky at night to eat or sleep from few days. Yesterday he was rubbing that ear along with his face at night while sleeping. What could be the reason for reddness ??

From the picture it looks like a skin infection. But not crying on touching does not match the diagnosis. Please visit a pediatrician for check up. Give colic drops like carmicide 5 drops thrice a day for 2 days
