My 4 mnth old has loose stools
My 4 months old son weighs6.1 kg has stomach pain yesterday evening we took him to dr .he checked n gave colicaid drops and asked to continue it thrice a day for 3 days he is having loose stools after each feed since morning he passed around 6 times since morning please help.he is on breast feeding and on topup with similac plus stage1 but exclusive breast feeding since morning.

Try to stop formula feeds, and if has to be given, give them in the correct dilution as mentioned. Also, check if he is passing urine adequately. ORS can be given to the baby.
