My 2 month baby has stool frequently, also body temperature up and down, like 5-6 times in a day, sometimes it is like suds ,

Babies may pass stool 8 to 10 times daily. There is nothing to worry about till ur child is active feeding well and playful. For temperature u may first measure it with thermometer as its summer time and a gentle touch may appear febrile.
