My 16 year old son has Crohn’s.
He has been undergoing treatment since last year and it is 75% healed now. But he is terribly underweight. His height is 5’7 and weight is 52 kgs. What should he eat to start building his body weight. He wants to get back into football which he was very good at. He wants to get fit and start regular workout but lacks the strength and stamina. So, what foods should he eat and in what quantities? He enjoys eating chicken, does not like fish much and has one boiled egg & one glass of milk a day.
