My 11month baby having fever with temper

Asked for Female, 32 Years

Temperature 101 but all body cool only forehead temprature is high.starting from 99 and now 101'f .I consulted dr Gleneagles global health city hospital.but dr.says continue babygesic but it's already second day over babygesic not working fever coming and going.it make baby weak. Any antibiotics can you suggest for baby.baby dont have any cold and cough.he have only fever.

Hi, Baby’s forehead and head will always be hot Continue babygesic for 2 days Have patience and if fever doesn’t settle then get blood test and if that shows infection, Then we can start antibiotics

Hi! Since how long is the fever ? How is child activity when his temp comes down? Continue babygesic for now & if temp doesn’t settle even after 48 hours, consult online.
