First Relax Pylorospasm is very common. .First follow proper feeding technic, burping is to be encouraged in between 1st and 2nd breast feeding. Start using sweet lime juice to hydrate and develop taste in baby.. If you start juicebowels will become regular. You can use 1tsf of sorbitol at night.

Baby accepting feeds well its ok nothing to worry, one or two times milk regurgitation normal. Passing stools weekly twice also normal .
Try colic aid drops 0.5 ml three times a day 5 min before feeds. For more detailed suggestions please book online consultation.
As far as the baby is gaining weight adequately and voiding urine adequately 6 to 8 times per day , no need to worry
This occurs due to swallowing of excess air during breast feeding
Gently do burping after each feed by placing the baby upright against your shoulders and gently patting the back for about 10 minutes
This relieves the baby of gas in the tummy and vomiting will stop
All babies show some expressions during passing stools
It is normal if the stools are yellow, semisolid or watery with granules in consistency
