Dear Friend,
You seem to be affected by a condition called semen leakage. Frequent masturbation leads to overdrive of the sympathetic nervous system instead of the parasympathetic system. The latter system is needed for maintenance of erection. You should consult a sexpert for confirmation of diagnosis. And adequate therapy.
