Welcome and Good afternoon Your concern 1. Mucus coming out while passing stools 2. Colonoscopy report is suggestive of PRACTOSIGMOIDITIS with HAEMORRHOIDS grade 2 In my opinion the causes could be from simple diarrhoea, infections, haemorrhoids, inflammatory bowel diseases to the Sinister one like malignancy.
