Recently (20-25 days)I have started fitness exercise and playing badminton. In fitness exercise some
Times I have lifted 2.5 -5 kg weight , After that there is muscular pain in my back. Some times centre point of back , sometimes in under arms mainly in Ribs part . I have applied ointment also , but for time being it will go and then again feel pain. I have also little pains in Joints of leg while climbing ladders or sitting in western toilet. Kindly suggest .
