Muscle weakness and chest pain
Hello sir, I have been having a medication of anxiety and gastro pantoprazole etc and now I feel like my leg nerves are getting weak and my body too and my eyes is always sleepy but I don't wanna fall asleep and in the morning I have a chest pain and in the night I fall asleep very tiredly when I'm not tired. And so I don't know what symptoms is this exactly and I consume alcohol and nicotine for 12 years but I finally stopped it and its been 3 months by now. And I consulted psychaitrist and Gastro doctor but its not helping me. Please help me out I'm worried. Thank you

Leg weakness can be a symptom of neuropathy due to Alcohol  or long term use of Pantoprazole can cause Vit B12 deficiency, which may cause leg numbness. Sedation can be due to alcohol taken along with anti anxiety medications.
Next Steps
Need physical examination by a neurologist Check Serum B12 level.
