Muscle loss in ass
My ass muscle has been loss so I can't sit at one place for long time ..I cause pain while sitting and my hipbone has attached to surface..what should I do?

hello there. have a high protein diet so that muscle gets built up. do some excercise to strengthen the muscle also. regards
