Muscle injury/fracture?

My father felled down from bike and got injured. He is having a sever pain besides the knee cap but not on knee cap, no swelling only muscle sprain I guess, can't able to walk.

Hi, my suggestion is he needs to be examined by a orthopedic surgeon as elderly people have more chance of getting injury and may need proper care.

Hi.... Take a break from your normal activities to reduce repetitive strain on your knee, give the injury time to heal and help prevent further damage.... Apply ice.... Ice reduces both pain and inflammation.... Apply compression...This helps prevent fluid buildup in damaged tissues and maintains knee alignment and stability....
