Muscle gain post brain surgery
My endoscopic brain surgery for removal of colloid cyst in third ventricle was recently conducted on 29th Jan, 2018 & was discharged on 3rd Feb, 2018.
I feel weak post surgery & sometimes fever erupt on my body.
I eat non veg foods. I have lot of belly fat & thigh fat. Kindly help me with diet for muscle gain lose fat from body & keep me away from heart problem since my father was diagnosed with coronary artery triple vessel block.

Stop eating outside foods and packets foods junkfoods etc fatty food's.
Eat less and exercise more
