You might be having some magnesium and potassium deficiency. Drink plenty of water, because in summer dehydration can cause these symptoms. Include bananas, ( assuming you are not diabetic) nuts and green leafy Vegetables in your diet. Maha Masha thailam or narayana yhailam can be used for massage.
