Muscle catch while exerc
Hi, I have started exercise few weeks ago since am overweight. I do a brisk walk for 3kms per day.. But recently I have noticed that there is a catch in my right leg(back of my leg,below the knee) and I will be unable to walk.. I tie sprain bandage and keep walking.. It reduces the pain.y does this happen?
