Hi my doctor has prescribed me with D boost from my 2 months and 3 weeks baby but the multivitamin syrup visyneral that the doctor had given me after delivery it has the same medicine vitamin d3 400 ui. Then what's the reason to prescribe it if the previous multivitamin contains it. I am a bit confused

Baby's daily requirement of vit d3 s 600 iu in first year of life.
So visyneral contains 200 iu. So if give one ml of d3 and 1 ml of visyneral it will complete the baby's daily requirement of vit d
