The level of various Vitamins in the standard Multivitamin capsules doesn't affect the kidney. Your creatinine level is 0.89 mg % which shows good health of the kidney.  So you can take Multivitamin capsules. You should discuss with the Pathologist at the Laboratory where your kidney function tests are done. Try if they can give you eGFR value.

Acute renal failure was due to dehydration.Having recovered and maintaining a normal Renal function at present is unlikely to cause any renal disease with multivitamin supplement .

Low dose vitamine normally wont affect kidney. But calcium, vit d vit A can harm if you take it on higher dose. If your taken this on a medical monitoring way then you would have done rft on intervals also stop and start method followed.
