Can I take vitoxy multivitamin capsule? My baby is one year old and breastfeeds twice in the day and thrice at night along with proper meals and snacks. It was prescribed by my doctor.

Yes, you can take a multivitamin tablet while breastfeeding. It is safe and will not harm your baby. In fact, it helps maintain your own health and supports breast milk quality. The baby will get required nutrients through breast milk. Take the tablet once daily after food, and continue a balanced diet with good fluids. Try to get vitamins through diet ; after course of MVT
