I am a bachelor mostly eating outside in street side shops and restaurants , do i have to take multivitamin tablets daily to fulfil the good health needs?
There are so many brands available in multivitamin tablets (healthKart, centrum, carbamide forde, supradyn)
Which one will be recommended by doctors?
Since online reviews in amazon can be manipulated, i am asking here.

For example: Brazil nuts contain selenium, which is important for thyroid. Shellfish contain vitamin B12 , potassium, selenium and iron . Sardines contain EPA and DHA , which are essential omega-3 fatty acids.
