  3. Multiple symptoms. Can u please help?

A month back I was getting chest and shoulder pain I did ECG and complete health check up twice results are normal. After some time I started felt pain in top of the back neck and headaches so I did MRI scan for brain and spinal cord neuro doctor said it's normal.but I feel a bit balance problem. Can u please help

Hello for your balance problem vestibular pathologies should be ruled out consult ent specialist for further evaluation and treatment.
