Multiple nodular goitre
Dear sir/madam, My mother is 52 years has been daignoised with multinodular goitre many years back but  left untreated she has pain in throat. At the time of daignosis it is said to be benign one are there any cahnces of converting it to cancerous one please help me

Yes there is chance of converting to cancer, u need to get a usg guided FNAC to get a representative sample

yes there is a chance of converting in the cancerous lesion. get done CT scan of neck and FNAC.
