Multiple lymp nodes
I am having multiple lymp nodes under my chin on right side , no pain , pea sizes , no pus, they are not visible , only feels if I touch the area. What could be the reason ?

There are multiple reasons for lymph nodes enlargement(infection, TB, lymphoma). Long standing lymph nodes needs to be investigated
