Lipomas are fat globules located all over body If they are painful or are gradually increasing in size it can be a pathological lipomas and need to be examined or else diet and exercise including streching will help to resolve the issue

lipoma are not a problem its just a genetic situation where fat distribution is in the form of fat globules.so keep your weight low and excersice daily.No problem will come.

If ur r obese then to some extent lypoma is common.so in that case u just concentrate on weight loss.it will reduce automatically.but if it's recurrence is very frequent in well managed body weight then u should consult a general surgeon

Lipomas are deposition of fat. If its not expanding there is no need to worry. Make a regular check on it to note its size.
