Multiple immature follicies
Multiple immature follicies ranging from 3 to 5mm are present in right ovary & few in left ovary. There is no pelvic mass/ collection seen-ALMOST RESOLVED POLYCYSTIC OVARIES.

Do you have any other features like facial hairs, hair fall, acne, irregular periods. If yes a few hormonal assays would be needed to start medicines.
