Multiple brown spots on penis glans
Im 31 years old, weighted 77kg
I have multiple brown spots on penis glans which are vary in size, from dot size to 2-3 mm. I don't know when did i first noticed them but i have them from long time.
I thought these will be harmless and are common.
Now i m witnessing that the spots are spreading in numbers and some white dots are also appearing.
No itching, or pain or swelling.
Now im worried about it
