Multinodular goiter
I have attached my ultrascound reports done last year december 2020. FNAC was done in 2019. I have attached the same. Please let me know if I need to get it removed. Mixed opinions by doctors. Will it turn to cancer

It's a nodular goitre..
Chances of conversion to carcinoma is there but depends on USG and fnac Bethesda categorisation..
Urs is colloid goitre.so less chances of carcinoma conversion.
But regular monitoring of thyroid profile,USG and fnac of most suspicious nodule is required at regular intervals
