Multifetal pregnancy
I m pregnant with 4 feotus. I want to know do I have any other options except fetal reduction. Everyone is saying it's not safe what should I do. M presently 8 weeks pregnant. I have undergone ultrasound at 7th week and there was all 4 feotus heart was beating . M confused and tensed too. Doctors are also not available at hospital due to Corona. What should I do

You should get selective fetal reduction , so that only twins remain and then you can expect pregnancy to go to term

I understand your situation. But even if all 4 are ok now , as the pregnancy progresses , you may develop complications . It's up to you and your partner to decide and go ahead. Fetal reduction is done at the 3rd month. So u still have time ..
