My right ear is slightly muffled with a slight ringing and I tryed ear drops for wax but don't think they are doing much, I had put my finger in my ear slightly then it just happened I thought I had moved a bit of wax and now it's blocking my ear possibly

You seem to be suffering from impacted wax inside your ear canal which you might have pushed deep into the canal while cleaning. If confirmed only way to treat is by removal of the wax. You can use wax softeners like Otorex or soliwax drops before ENT specialist can remove it
