Start Nebulisation and get a physiotherapist help for airway clearance and avoid oral feeds if she’s Continously lying down. High risk of Aspiration in such individuals. If oral intake is less consider for Ryles tube feeding after consulting local GP

Surgery will be done under high risk for her age. She may need training in airway clearance technique apart from medicines, and may also need chest physiotherapy to help her expectorate. Consult with full details
