Mucosal prolapse, hiatus hernia, gerd
I had done my endoscopy in that it shows mucosal prolapse,40cms, lax sphincter and impression is hiatus hernia and gerd. What is mucosal prolapse? Is surgery required for all of these? I have upper abdominal dull pain constant, no feeling to eat, feeling like stomach pressing while eating every day.only 3 hours sleep at night.what should I do ?  Is surgery is the only option for this?
