Msd value in early pregnancy ultrasound

Asked for Female, 27 Years

I got my first early transvaginal ultrasound today .please find the attached scan report .yolk sac is seen today ,by when fetal pole will be visible and yesterday my beta HCG value shown 11258 .can you please tell me.
