Hello What is the meaning of straightening of cervical lordosis with normal alignment. I have severe pain in back of neck shoulder, pain radiate from neck to arms  also pain in elbow and feeling lose of grips in hands, shaking hands, Numbness in hands and legs specially left side, Taking Gabapentin and ultracet for pain and releif for 5 to 6 hours after that again pain start. Please see attached MRI and tell me the treatment for this. Attached MRI is 1.5 year old. Is it required fresh MRI and also I am on ATT from last 6 months.

You are absolutely correct. It is very important to get a new MRI brain scan done.
