MRI efficacy
Dear Doctor I am feeling low back pain and buttocks pain for last 2 year , as soon as symptoms came I did triple phase bone scan that was quite normal after 3 months I did MRI of SI JOINTS and pelvic that was also normal, i want to know can mri miss the early diagnosis of ankylosing spondylitis as my symptoms is continue from last 2 year , rhumatologist diagnosed as fibromyalgia and benign hypermobilty joints syndrome
