MR study of the ankle joint finds EDEMA
Diffuse subcutaneous edema along the lateral aspect of cacaneum, lateral malleolus and the dorso lateral aspect of the foot and in the lower lateral leg. The anterior talo fibular ligaments appears intact. Minimal fluid is seen anterior to it
