When I was standing my body slightly moving front and back recently I diagnosed with bppv and sinus and b/l mastoditis is there any problem

Bppv is treated by a manoeuvre epleys, simmonts etc depending on the semicircular canal involved. Regarding the sinus problem and mastoiditis you need to have a thorough consultation on video or physically to properly diagnose and treat it
