Mouth Ulcers on Tongue
I have got numerous ulcers at the base on my tongue towards the throat. Having problems in eating and drinking.Pain in ears and throat.Problem in speaking as well.

avoid taking spicy ,hot ,chilly food items , avoid smoking ,chewing beetle nuts , alcohol, take vitamin tablets ,apply local anesthetic to area ,have tender coconut, buttermilk . have lot of fruits and vegetables ..Consult physician for further help.
