I am attaching the images of the various stages please make a diagnosis ...is it cold sore ???it was painful not anymore, , but i often have dried clots on lip in the morning...SO WORRIED...

Hydrate yourself with plenty of fluids.. take fruits vegetables and green salads too.. apply lip balm if your lip is too dry.
