  4. Mouth ulcer. 3 shots of b 12 as well!

It being 3 months now and mouth ulcer is not healing, i dont smoke and chew tabaco Please help me I have tried multi vitamin, b conplex and got 3 shots of b 12 as well

Non healing ulcer in the lasting for 3 months definitely needs further evaluation like biopsy. Sometimes sinister caused for non healing ulcer may not be due to smoking and tobacco. Just sharp teeth edges can cause such problems.
