I am suffering from painful mouth ulcer in inner side or my lower lip. Zytee gel helped me from pain i am also suffering from mouth dehydration since last 2 days plz anyone help me

Drink plenty of fluids, avoid oily and spicy food items,avoid stress and tensions, take becosules daily one for 15 days
